Cinema Bizarre, although the band members do/did look a lot like Bill, were not modeled on Tokio Hotel. Also, tougher music style? I love both bands, but I have no clue what you’re talking about.

Purely by ticket sales, record sales, and awards given, they were indeed the most popular band in Deutschland at the time this photo was taken (about two to three years ago), and continue to be highly popular, especially in Europe.

I like Rammstein and Tokio Hotel, and even Cinema Bizarre (if you wanna talk about hair, google image THEM), and to be fair, each has music that vastly differs from the next, so of course lots of people, including you, don’t like both or all of them.

Tokio Hotel is “real” enough that both Bill and Tom are listed as co-producers on their most recent album (Humanoid), sing and play live (yes, we do know this for a fact), and work so hard at singing and playing that both their lead singer (the crazy-haired babe you see above) and their guitarist (twin to said babe) have both had medical issues resulting from working their instruments (vocal and physical) too much.

I highly doubt Tokio Hotel is the ‘popularst’ band in Germany. I don’t care whether he is homosexual or heterosexual, he looks like an idiot who spends way too much time on his hair. Their music sucks ass, and I would much rather plop down and listen to some Rammstein than some Tokio Hotel. I prefer real musicians, thanks.
