Saw them 3 times in 1979 with Bon Scott. That’s when they were truly ferocious in concert. The times I saw them with Brian Johnson were never as good as the Bon Scott shows. Youtube ‘ACDC 1979 Cleveland’ for a perfect example.

That pic of old man Angus is ridiculous. He should wear beige Khakis and a cardigan these days. Then again, compared to Keef and The Stones he looks like a spry whipper snapper.

I think a requirement for new bands nowadays ought to be that they are still worth seeing live, like AC/DC and the Rolling Stones.

Boy, you said it! It’s so nice to know that in a world so dominated by crappy pop culture and mediocrity there’s still some good people out there!

Just to let you know, I’m fifteen and I love all the greats – all the REAL music! The Doors, AC/DC, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Heard, Aerosmith… all that good stuff. No Jonas Bros for me, BLEH! I can’t even comprehend what every girl sees in them… Gosh, I’m so glad to be one of the last sane teenage girls in the country…
