Although I must say, my fave part of that movie was when he’s pressing the button on the detonator, and then jumps a million miles in he air when it finally goes off. Looked so natural. *as natural as a psychopath in a nursing uniform with makeup on can look*

That’s because it was natural. The explosion was *supposed* to go… but like any good actor he improvised it, and what we wound up with was the funniest scene in the movie.

That’s because it was natural. When he pressed the button, the explosions were supposed to go off immediately. But they didn’t, so he started to press it even more, and when it did go off it startled him. The director said it was the funniest thing he’d ever seen so he kept it in. And that’s why Heath is awesome! ^^-
That’s absolutely fantastic! I really loved that part of the film, so glad it wasn’t just a *beep* *BOOM* and walk away non-chalantly because cool guys don’t look at explosions.
That was actually improvised, which just makes it even more amazing to me.
any nurse’d tell about having days like this… the poor guy just wanted to finish his shift and go home!
