Another thing, I just saw someone saying that because Hayley is wearing a Morrissey t-shirt, that all her fans are going to start listening to him. Okay… 1, wouldn’t you like to get your favourite band more fans? Whether they be ‘old’ bands, or ‘new’ ones. Personally, my favourite band is The Beatles, and I talk about them at school all the time to get others to like them too. I don’t care what kind of person they are, so long as they share the same passion for the band as I do… 2, I love Hayley. She’s my idol, and a big inspiration for me. Just because she wears a Morrissey shirt doesn’t mean I’m going to listen to his music. Not everyone is like that. Seriously.

I’d just like to give my two cents… She is performing live. Anyone who has seen a video of a Paramore concert, or even been to a Paramore concert would know how Hayley is like on stage. She’s smiling because, like any other band, she’s happy that people actually know and appreciate their music. Who cares if she’s wearing a t-shirt with an “emo” person on it. It doesn’t mean she has to sulk on stage and never smile. Just because she has a bubbly personality and just so happens to like smiling doesn’t mean she can’t like Morrissey, or wear a god damn t shirt with him on it!

I know I’m almost a year late, but I just wanted to say that Morrissey is not ‘Emo’.
Actually, the majority of Morrissey’s music is not as depressing as some people would have you believe. A lot of Smiths and Morrissey songs are quite funny, really.

Also, fans (of anything, not just Paramore) that can’t take a joke are extremely annoying. It’s just a picture.

okay, I think that if you do not like Paramore or Hayley Williams you shouldn’t even care what Paramore is doing as a band who is very successful. Secondly, who cares what she’s wearing or who for that of the matter is on her shirt. So most of you have no life and just like frustrating people that you don’t know and insulting a girl who you quite obviosly know nothing about. Paramore follower since 2006. So props to Hayley and Paramore. They’re true to their fans and their fans are true to them. If you truely believe that they are “emo” then you must styreotype anyone with different color Hair or a band that can write true lyrics that come from personal experience. It’s amazing how people can make such a big deal out of a shirt. With that being said, Paramore will continue to have hit songs and Hayley will still continue not to care about what ignorant people think.
