Mark Hamill, in fact, has the longest list of credits to his name of any of the cast of Star Wars. Most of it was voice work. He’s currently one of the higher paid voice actors in the industry (It’s a little tough to get a screen acting job after getting your face mangled by a car accident).

Face it, without Star Wars this guy is a minor actor in a local theatre troupe that eventually has to get a real job working for Kinko’s. Prior to Star Wars Harrison Ford had done a few war movies (Force 10 from Navarone), Carrie Fisher was a nobody and aside from Sir Alec Guinness there wasn’t a single established actor in the bunch. I figure he got lucky with Fisher and Ford.
