         actually its really more like Bushido… a form of Japanese Buddhism which is the product of cultural change including Taoism and Confucianism who influenced Buddhism, and Shinto the major religion of nature and ancestor worship in japan. ever wonder why the jedi were to much like samurai, its because bushido was the religion of samurai, and its commonly thought that lucas got his characters from a Akira Kurosawa film, the hidden fortress…. though i really didnt see much similarity.

           Soon after George Lucas came out with STAR WARS, Episode IV back in 1977, he was quoted as saying, “Yes, thru STAR WARS, I am teaching a religion, my beliefs in Buddhism and Eastern Mysticism.”

     I’m sure the creator meant Taoism. The two are far too often confused.

     Besides, Star Wars is a giant mishmash of virtually all religions…

    LEARN TO EFFING SPELL! YOU AREN’T FUNNY WHEN YOU SPELL EVERYTHING WRONG! YOU JUST LOOK LIKE AN EFFING IDIOT!
