Wait is this current of lindsay? Where have I been!?
No, it’s not current. It’s at least two years old. I don’t know about Lindsay, but Nicole doesn’t look like that anymore. After she got pregnant, she got healthy. And since the baby was born she’s continued to keep her healthy “curves” (meaning she’s probably a size 4 and actually has boobs now).
Lindsay looks like that again, minus the hair colour.
They look like they are holding their breath to make themselves appear even thinner.
And they STILL wear clothes that are shapeless. I though the point of being that skinny was to show it off? Rather than hide it?
Their clothes are shapeless because THEY are shapeless. Hello? Is this thing working?
Oh, and IN before the fatties and bone bags fight it out over who has it worse.
This is why I eat healthy.

its ironic you know, lack of proper nutrition is associated with mental disorders. at some point in the beginning anorexia is just a poor decision made due to the average persons incompatibility with the “current beauty standard”, and after the self starvation begins, the devastation begins all snowball style. true beauty can be found in all shapes colors and sizes;p

Simon is right – that’s not what anorexia looks like. I’ve been anorexic and it was a LOT thinner and less healthy looking than the worst Nicole or Lindsay pictures. Calling Nicole and Lindsay anorexic is like calling Marilyn Monroe morbidly obese. Not even close.

And on a sociological level, this picture has relevance in the fact that it shows that the general population finds this deviant. Against the norms society has set. However we justify them by saying they are mentally ill. Which, due to the recent awareness and acceptance of mentally ill people, they are still allowed to be that way without interference, which is really quite sad. Not that I’m a sociologist, but I think the more people make fun of and criticize these types of people for being too thin, the more they will try to be accepted by society, by gaining weight. But that’s just Susan logic.

Nicole was never anorexic, she has some weird disorder where no matter how much she eats, she can’t gain weight. You can read all about it on her website. Besides, she is bigger now after she had Harlow so chill (:
