What part of “Fake german dialect” did you miss, with emphasis on the “fake” part?
They both speak german, and while the dialects are distinct enough it’s not all that easy to tell if they’re speaking english.
Austrians are not “fake Germans,” you tool. Also, you need to learn the difference between a dialect and an accent. Intelligence FAIL.

Dialect and Accent are synonyms
No, sorry. A dialect is a branch off of a bigger language (there are many dialects of Italian, for instance-it’s more difficult to travel around their countryside, for the other dialects have some different words), but an accent is like a Southern accent-it’s just like the language up here in New Hampshire, but it has a certain, lovely, twang to it (yes, I am from the South).
