Thanks, I was thinking something similar. I have yet to have a cartoon attack my self esteem or that of my fiancee’s. However, the supermarket tabloids attack my woman’s self esteem like a slasher movie villain holding a machete of ass maiming +3!

duh, caricature, duh! i never hear of people complaining about guys taking steriods to look like gi joe. and girls with eating disorders usually have family and friends that treated them like crap and told them they were fat. so, don’t use disney as your scapegoat for a dysfunctional society. mean people suck.
They might be caricatures, but caricatures shouldn’t be shown to small kids. It might not spark eating disorders, but it imbeds an idea into the subconcious at an early age.

I don’t understand how this has anything to do with eating disorders. Jasmine never quickly ran to the bathroom so she could shove her finger down her throat nor did she skip a few meals.

and all she does is stick her finger in a few things and lick it she doesnt even eat but then again she does eat that stuff with the beast in something there.
