incorrect, a block of cement is exactly the amount you need, overdoing is only a waste of money.
Besides, a truck would probably float for a bit before going down. cement doesn’t waste time with floating.
AND the victim could still be able to breathe in the air trapped inside the truck, which will eventually lead to a painful and slow suffication. We don’t want that, do we?

And I love him for what he added to the show on Britain’s “Big Fat Quiz of the Year” in 2006 and 2007. He and Noel Fielding are gold together!
