Mark Hamill is a voice actor now, and does a few spots on some shows. he was the voice for the joker for batman the animated series, and the new arcam asalium games… im sure i spelled that wrong… anyway also plays wolverene in the wolverene’s revenge video games. you should really check out his wiki….. he probably has more money than harrison ford lol

Actually, I think Mark Hamill’s career did continue quite successfully. Sure, it wasn’t as noticed or revered as Ford’s career, but it was good for the path he chose.

Honestly, I think being a voice actor would be great. He worked on Batman the Animated series, a few Studio Ghibli films (Laputa, Naussica, a couple of others – all amazing films), Avatar the Last Airbender and a bunch of video games. Sounds like a fun career to me, and I hope he’s happy with it.

Mark Hamill’s car accident busted his nose. They fixed it well, but he never looked the same. He was ADORABLE before. Weird how the shape of a nose can change someone’s looks so much. But I agree with the poster who said his accident had a lot to do with him not going on to other starring roles in movies.

I believe that Hamill went the route of mostly stage acting instead of screen acting. Just because he wasn’t in as many leading roles in movies as Ford doesn’t mean Hamill was unhappy, broke, or unsuccessful. Why does the measure of his success have to be how many starring movie roles he had? People measure success in different ways.
