I hear it with his Dave Robicheaux accent from “In the Electric Mist.” That Louisiana accent was awesome!

Me too. I remember watching him on “One Life to Live” about a million years ago. I’m embarrassed to admit watching a soap, but I was in college then and we all used to watch it between classes. Tom Berenger (another fave actor) was on it too.

The ending is one that you have to think about, and a lot of people don’t like it when a story isn’t neatly wrapped up at the end with the bad guy getting what he deserves and the good guy winning.

The Cohens were faithful to the book, including the ending. I’m so glad that they didn’t dumb it down for the sake of pleasing the folks who like their stories tied up with a pretty bow. I thought about this one for a couple of days after I saw it and discussed it with friends to find out what they thought. That doesn’t happen with movies very often anymore.
