Wow… they photoshopped him pretty badly. He is looking much too pretty for Dr. House/Hugh Laurie in the photo. Nothing against Laurie, I think he´s great and sexy as Dr. House – but he´s not THAT artificially good-looking.
I think it is because he is lying on his back. Gravity smooths out wrinkles. There may be some airbrushing going on, too.
Also there is head-on lighting which further cuts down on visible wrinkles.
They’re there, but with no shadows to accentuate them it’s hard to see.
Sorry!! Fails for the lot of you!! I’ve seen this photo before on some publication (But can’t remember for the life of me which one.) And I can confirm that this is completely genuine (I’ve got a funny feeling that this is one of the publicity shots for the new series of House or it could have been for the previous series of House.) The other thing I can confirm is – It’s not Lupus
