This actually made me irritated, because anyone who’s watched the show knows that the entire collection belonged to Giles. Sunnydale HS’s library did not just *happen* to have a ton of books on the occult. ._. /nerd

(Despite being a big fan, I don’t think I’ve heard anything about the movie).

So it’s a remake, and not a continuation? (More Starsky and Hutch than Serenity?) Cause a continuation – what happened in Cleveland, the on going adventures of Faith and Robin, the inevitable Xander and Dawn story…. – that would be fun!

But to be fair, if you’d swapped them over (and put Sarah in the film, and Kristy in the series), I’m pretty sure Kristy could’ve been as good as Sarah as “tv Buffy” and Sarah would’ve been as good as Kristy as “movie Buffy”.

That would be an episode in the last season when the gang were all thoroughly convinced that Giles (the librarian) was possessed by some horrific demon; they tracked him down on a retreat with some “potential” slayers and his reaction was “I can’t believe I was about to get in trouble for going on a retreat with a bunch of teenaged girls and NOT touching them.”

She did pretty good considering. SMG isn’t a raving beauty (although she’s lovely) and she’s not a first-rate actor either, but she did a better acting job than Swanson. Swanson sure is a pretty girl though.

The Megan Fox rumour is NOT TRUE. It’s been debunked by people who actually called to find out about it, but the other websites are still leaving that rumour up because it’s getting them hits.

Bloody Disgusting (go Google it, I can’t be arsed doing a link, it’s a review site, etc., for horror movies and stuff) was one of the ones that debunked it, but there’s other ones out there, too.

I think the question we should be asking ourselves is this:

Why can’t anyone in Hollywood come up with a new movie idea instead of simply remaking movies every year. Look at the string of remakes in the last couple of years! They should be paying US to go to their lousy movies, not the other way around!
