I’m guessing based on skin tones, but Dr Dre looks like his parents or grandparents (all 4 if so) may have come from Ethiopia, where people do have that lighter skin tone, but still have “Negro” noses and lips.
Given that 50 Cent is from Jamaica, his ancestry is probably Nigerian or Kenyan, which is why his skin is so much darker.
