    Finaly!

    Nahh

    • paws4thot says:

The German women’s national football team (German: Deutsche Fußballnationalmannschaft der Frauen, pronounced [ˈdɔɪ̯tʃə fuːsbalnatsi̯oˈnaːlˈmanʃaft der ˈfʀaʊ̯ən]) represents Germany in international women’s football and is directed by the German Football Association (DFB). The team – informally called West Germany in English – played its first international match in 1982. After German reunification in 1990, the DFB squad remained the national side of the Federal Republic of Germany.

The German national team is one of the most successful in women’s football. They are the two-time reigning world champions, having won the 2003 and 2007 FIFA Women’s World Cup. Germany is the only nation which has won both the men’s and the women’s World Cup. The team has won six of the nine UEFA European Championships, claiming the last four titles in a row. Germany has won three bronze medals at the Women’s Olympic Football Tournament, finishing third in 2000, 2004 and 2008. Birgit Prinz holds the record for most appearances and is the team’s all time leading goalscorer. Prinz has also set international records: she has received the FIFA World Player of the Year award three times and is the overall top goalscorer at the Women’s World Cup.

Women’s football was long met with scepticism in Germany and official matches were banned by the DFB until 1970. However, the popularity of the women’s national football team has grown since the team won their first World Cup title. They were chosen as Germany’s Sports Team of the Year in 2003. Silvia Neid has been the team’s head coach since 2005, succeeding Tina Theune-Meyer after nine years as her assistant. As of June 2009, Germany is ranked No. 3 in the FIFA Women’s World Rankings.

  2. Guess Again says:

Since it’s legal now, let me be the first to say: Giggity giggity giggity goo! And while we’re on the subject, NO, that’s NOT a wand in my pocket.

  3. Guess Again says:

    wait a second…she’s already 19.

  4. do eeet! says:

    yay!

  5. nope*not*me says:

wait, im kinda slow what feelings?

  6. Bodo says:

While I understand the intent of the caption, I have to admit that (especially as the father of a 14-year-old girl) it kinda creeps me out somehow…maybe I’m just too old?

    • VeoV says:

Nah, it’s not cause you’re too old. I’m 20 and this creeps me out and leaves me very disturbed.

Kinda like how gardeners wait for their crop to get ripe…

except with horny sickos waiting for little girls to come of age.

      • Dave says:

Hey, buddy, got any younger sisters? Hmmmm????

      • Lupan says:

Remember a few years ago when there was a countdown timer on the internet for the Olsen Twins turning 18? What does that kind of thing say about our society, that it is somewhat acceptable for “horny sickos” to set up such websites where they just sit around and wait for a child start to turn 18?

        • Robin Williams says:

I, on the other hand, am annoyed set an arbitrary date on a young person’s emotional maturity.

I think it’s idiotic that if I find a young, but physically developed woman attractive I have to feel ashamed about it if she hasn’t hit 18 yet.

She ws attractive before she was legal. Deal.

          • paws4thot says:

Which is a very American thing; it’s 14 to 16 in most of Europe (and frankly, very often they’re not emotionally mature enough to be attractive at that age, even when they are physically good looking).

            • Bodo says:

This is the nature of laws and cultural attitudes – while I don’t doubt there are 13-year-olds with the maturity and knowledge to make their own decisions with regard to sex, the law is designed to protect the majority who aren’t necessarily ready, and it’s arbitrary. On the other hand, unfortunately, our (US) cultural ideal for female beauty is still set at around 15-17.

I think for me this is a little creepy because I can still picture her from the first movie (don’t know how old she was, exactly, but I don’t think anyone would see her as sexually mature at that time).

              • Bingo Bango says:

Why is that unfortunate? I believe that there are very, VERY few teenagers that are mature enough for sex before 16-18 years old. I am currently underage, so I’m not some old fart ranting about damn kids and their sex.
But, also because I’m younger, I have found her attractive since maybe the third movie. So its not creepy to me.

                • Bodo says:

I did not say it was unfortunate, and I totally understand her appeal (I have never said she wasn’t attractive) – I think it might be more my watching her grow up on screen, sort of, and having my own daughter (you’d be amazed – seriously amazed – at how your perspective changes when that happens – trust me, I was an adolescent male at one time – now I’m an old fart). I remember my thoughts at the time and, while I consider myself open-minded (wups, wait a sec, it just popped out again…here we go…*pop*) where was I? Oh, yes – things change. Perhaps it’s the whole vulture image that’s bugging me.

                • Bodo says:

Wups, sorry – the reason I labeled that (our ideal for beauty) as unfortunate is that it doesn’t allow us to appreciate women of other (that is, more mature) ages appropriately. We need to embrace our physical imperfections, whether due to age or accident or whatever. It also gives young women an unrealistic ideal to live up to.

On the other hand, I suppose there would be a lot of out-of-work plastic surgeons and photoshoppers running around…

                  • Some guy says:

I do find it ever so slightly ridiculous that people will do things like track how many days are left before an underaged celebrity becomes “legal”

For one thing, what? a hour ago your lustful yearnings were horribly inappropriate, but now that the timer has ticked over it’s totally fine to imagine whatever you like?

And for another, now that the obstacle of legality is out of the way are you now going to enact your master plan to get this girl into bed?

The legal age limit is good for defining when it is acceptable to have sex, but thinking about someone in a sexual way? That lies within the bounds of morality. Decent people know where that line is. Of course, this will all change once the government enforces legal repercussions for thought-crime.

                    • ostrichman1 says:

and its not like any of the horny sickos have any chance of scoring with the just “legal” celebs. or any celeb for that matter

              • Anthony says:

She was 12 in the first movie. I was 12 at that time, too. So, guys around her own age could’ve found her attractive since the 2nd and 3rd movies. Like me. It’s not as creepy to me, because she’s my age. But I see where your coming from, Bodo.

        • Guess Again says:

Isn’t Mily Cyrus 18 now? I mean…we could just brown bag her

      • StCyr says:

Hey, think of it this way – at least they’re waiting

    • lolwannabeee says:

no its not that your old im a 27 year old woman and that totally creeps me out ..thinkin of some old dude sittin watchin her thinkin to himself in just a couple more years shes legal…urgh *skin crawls off back*

    • siobhan says:

hey… at least they are waiting…

    • jl5691426 says:

It still seems a bit pervy to me, too.

    • Sabella says:

No, not old. You’re mature and I completely agree with you. Oh well, it’s not like she or any other celebrity would get with the losers “counting down”.

    • Awesome1 says:

I agree, its really creepy. I mean I really feel sorry for Emma and Bonnie because there are just creaps out there waiting and its really unfair for them (Emma and Bonnie) cause there is nothing they can do about it and its just really sad.

  7. Mittens says:

WOOT! I am only a a year off being legal too :D :D
All my dreams are coming true! *sniffles with joy*

  8. Dave says:

I do believe she is talking directly to me.

  9. Bill C. says:

I’m pretty sure she wasn’t legal, yet, when that picture was taken. It looks like a Goblet of Fire promo.

  10. Jackie says:

lolwannabeee, I agree, it’s creepy. But, I’m two years older than you and have noticed that guys who do that, and agree with the idea of preying on underage girls, can’t get a grown woman with a respectable amount of life experience and years.

We are mature enough to recognize a loser when we see one. See the difference?

  11. Debra says:

Can someone explain? Who is she and what does this mean? Thanks.

    • Debra says:

Never mind…saw and explanation about kissing further up. I’ll google who she is and who rupert is.

      • lolMiel says:

No disrespect intended, but…where have you been for the last 8 years? o.O

        • Lix says:

Goodness, I agree. even if you haven’t been obsessive about the movies, perhaps in casual conversation you might have at least heard of her? To answer the general question regarding creepiness I have only one word for everybody: Playboy.

          • Anthony says:

            AMEN LIX!!!!

And with all due respect Debra, she and Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint have been the youth of Hollywood since, like, 1999. They’re the 3 kids from the Harry Potter movies! Well, three adults now.

            • Bowman710 says:

But…. everyone still sees them as kids, because of the Harry potter movies! They are only supposed to be 17 in the Deathly Hallows, so everyone who doesnt know them personally sees them as… you guessed it… 17 year old kids.

          • Caghs says:

Hmm, mayhap Debra was busy … oh, I don’t know … actually living a life outside of TV and movies? You know, that thing people do when their lives don’t revolve around celebs?

The fact that you think it’s shocking that someone doesn’t know who this is is actually more of a reflection on your need to get a life than it is on her perceived ignorance.

For example, there’s no doubt subjects that Debra could say “oh my gosh, where have you been, you didn’t know THAT?”

            • Bowman710 says:

              Um, No.

The reason they said that is because the Harry Potter series is so popular nowadays that people find it alien to not know who they are. So they were making a reference to Debra’s lack of knowledge in the subject. Thats all.

When you were writing that comment, did it go through your head that maybe they just did some research, found it out, and were done with it, but kept the info? Or, furthermore, watched all six movies so far?

Just because they know a lot about movies doesnt make them have no life… There were, after all, six movies.

    • LogicalCure says:

      Obvious troll is obvious.

      • Awesome1 says:

hey dont go calling Debra a troll. She just didnt know.
dont be so mean just cause someone doesn’t know somthing that you do. >:(

  12. spaceman says:

Feelings are always legal. Whether or not they are legal to be acted upon is another matter. In most countries in the western world, I would guess the age of consent is 14-16, so even if you need to go by that rule even in your own fantasies, you’ve been ok for some time. In reality too, with her permission.

  13. rae says:

    Debra are you serious?

    • Pennyforth says:

Oddly enough, there are people who have never read a Harry Potter book or seen the films….or at least, prefer the books over the films and their increasingly haphazard hack jobs done to the books’ plots.

      • luke says:

I have neither read the books nor seen the movies, I’m 19, and I know nothing about Harry Potter. Harry Potter just seems stupid to me.

        • BAW says:

Don’t criticize something you have never read/seen.

          • ay dios mio says:

I think that’s why he said “seems.”

          • luke says:

You’re right. I should remain absolutely neutral about every individual thing that I have not experienced myself. Hey, don’t criticize eating bat feces until you’ve eaten it.

            • Erik says:

The difference being, there aren’t a lot of people out there that are eating bat feces. Many millions of people have read the books or seen the movies. Given that, perhaps there is something to it and you should hesitate to criticize.

              • VelvetW says:

Millions of people are doing any number of utterly idiotic things every day. That doesn’t mean that someone has to actually _do_ those things to consider them idiotic, at least on a personal level. When a child decides to try drugs before deciding if they’re bad, we say they’re giving in to peer pressure — just because the subject of that pressure is a book doesn’t change what it is. Thinking the books and movies seem stupid is a valid opinion. He even added ‘to me’, making it clear it was his opinion, not a concrete judgment of the books, and his explanation for not being interested in them. Were he my kid, I’d be proud of him for making his own judgment calls and not giving in to hype… whether I personally enjoyed the books and/or movies or not.

Now if he’d said, instead, “They’re just stupid,” your criticism would be justified, but as it stands, it was not.

              • Caghs says:

Or perhaps people only watched it or read the books because of the hype? Hmm, did you think about that?

Luke is entitled to his opinion, as shocking as that may seem to you. He said it seems stupid, which I took to mean “I heard the outline, got the jist of it, and it didn’t appeal to me”. Don’t like that? Stiff!

He did not criticise, he simply expressed his opinion.

        • Lix says:

That really is too bad, as the books are very good pieces of literature…Can’t say much for the movies except that they placate the masses.

        • paws4thot says:

I’m 47, have read/seen most of them (bar film not on DVD here yet) and won’t class them as “great works”. They are fun though, and sometimes I want fun rather than “worthy and improving”.

      • Kurt says:

Don’t even get me started on the graveyard of deleted characters lol. Also, has anyone noticed that HBP had 0 ghosts floating around the school, not to mention pictures that didn’t even move? wtf? I’m not sure if order of phoenix or goblet of fire had ghosts, been a while since I’ve seen them, but I think they’ve been in decline for a while.

        • coyote1284 says:

I’ve had a habit of not seeing a HP movie until the next one comes out, so I just recently watched OotP. As I recall, there were no ghosts, but the pictures moved.

        • Quint says:

Well, maybe the directors feel like there’s more to the stories than floating ghosts and moving pictures.. We all know that they’re there, why do they have to keep putting them into the subsequent movies? There’s more afoot as the books continue, the plots are darker. And as far as deleted characters, if the movies such as Harry Potter or LOTR tried to incorporate EVERY SINGLE character that showed up in the book, we’d be sitting in the theaters for 5 hours.

          • Kurt says:

Sure there’s more to the stories quint, but they chose to butcher that too. And the ghosts and moving pictures are important because that sets the atmosphere that they’re in a magical place. And I know they can’t include every single character from the books in the movie, but here’s a short list of characters they could have kept. Peeves the poltergeist, Winky the house elf and Bill freakin’ Weasley.

            • Lundix says:

Wow … you just adressed EVERY point I was thinking about when I read Quint’s post. Agreed indeed.

            • Bowman710 says:

So… the fact that a bunch of middle aged kids running a round a freaking mansion armed with wands, while there are floating candles above them, with the ability to teleport using powder, and games with kids flying around on broomsticks, doesnt give you any idea at all that the place is magical?

          • paws4thot says:

Sure, but showing the moving pictures and ghosts is something you can shoot some 3rd (or even 4th) unit footage for, and add in post.

    • Awesome1 says:

      THE BOTTOM LINE:

not everyone has to know about everything.
its OK for people to NOT have read/Seen Harry Potter.

calm down everyone. its not the end of the world. Stop judging people just because they haven’t heard/seen/read somthing. It really is unfair on them.

  14. Eagle1Fox2 says:

those feelings i had were always legal cause im 14
    is it still legal?

  15. Nic says:

She really is good looking, even if she does get stuck with the reputation of being Hermione for the rest of her life.

  16. teac77 says:

    that picture is SO photoshopped

  17. Leffe says:

She looks like she’s 16 or so. Guess i would have found her hot when i was younge but now i just think she looks very young(as in way too young).

  18. Jessi says:

i have a hard time getting all the fuss about her….sure she’s cute…..but not OMG sooooo hot as all the potter fans claim. eh. to each his own.

    • VelvetW says:

I think part of it is that it’s rare that the intellectual side-kick is presented as attractive. It’s not just that she’s a pretty girl — it’s that she’s a pretty, brainy, clever girl.

  19. Hermione, where is Ron Weasley ?

  20. Marekatt says:

    So beautiful! *drools*

  21. Joseph Fritzl says:

im only 75 & wut is this ??

  22. That guy says:

I believe this is a picture for the Yule Ball in GoF. Just my quick looking at it and letting everyone know. could be wrong but meh. just your friendly “that guy” chiming in.

  23. Rei says:

Personally, I kind of find it creepy. Like in a – some guy just waiting for the kid he babysat since she was eleven to get old enough to come on to – kind of way.

  24. Jenna says:

Eh. She’s not that hot. Bad fashion too. The chick who plays Luna is hotter.

    • forge says:

The young woman who plays Ginny is growing into a real mindbender too. But Emma is a lovely girl too. Me, my daughter is nearly twice her age so um yeah, not in this lifetime.

  25. Kelly says:

are you sure this was taking AFTER she turned 18? her face looks like that of a 14 year old.

  26. Brandon L. says:

Could we just agree that she is just a very beautiful girl? I personally don’t see her as any prettier then any other attractive girl at my school but just because she is famous people have to make a big deal out of her. When my absolutely stunning friend Sammie turned 18, there weren’t millions of men ‘after’ her so why Emma is so craved for I don’t understand. Just that simple label of celebrity.

  27. wizardmag says:

Haha, lol, true, but i’m her ago so :)

  28. thejuggernaut says:

AH this eternal debate of morality and feelings….
I wonder how you guys would feel if the Japanese Idol system were to appear in the western world….

  29. jasper says:

huh? me& me frend dont get it.

  30. audreym6 says:

i love her so much. she p0nes so much. i dont get it though. what feelings? love her!

  31. Real Man says:

She’s ugly. Get a real woman, losers.

  32. eleanor says:

except, when this picture was taken she was probably under age.

  33. POOFOO says:

    id do her
