    Acting lessons mode – activating!

  2. Chris says:

I’m sure that I’m not the FIRST(!!!!) to say this, but Knight Rider had a tragically short career.

  3. AtomicPunk says:

magnum P.I. was much better… and i wasnt even around to see those shows when they were new.

  4. Deb says:

    WOW! He be slammed! ROFLMAO

  5. Dano says:

The sad part is that we are still inflicted with “The Hoff.”

  6. Sasha says:

I have never understood why David Hasselfoff has been so slammed. I don’t find him particularly memorable, myself, but the agreesion in the various comments I see her and there surprises me. (BTW, please don’t slam *me* – I’m just asking.)

    • Markitteh says:

I don’t understand it either. Some folks seem to think of famous people a verbal dart boards. If I don’t like a particular “celebrity” I just ignore them. Like Paris whatshername or Amy whooziss.

    • HelOnWheels says:

This site wouldn’t exist if we didn’t slam them. All of them, without prejudice.

    • paws4thot says:

Knight Rider, where he was out-acted by a car; The Cartier Affair, where he was out-acted by Joan Collins; Ba[y!be]watch, where he was out-acted by Pamela Anderson!!!; His “singing” “career” (at least in Germany); Baywatch Nights, where his ego went critical and melted down (Actual quote on the subject; “people are watching this because they’ve followed my career from KR & Baywatch”, which rather ignores the fact that no-one watched KR or Baywatch because he was in them).

      Enough said?

  7. Annie Crimefighter says:

I was at the Village (a giant thrift store in my neighborhood; they actually have good clothes and it’s cheap) and there was a t-shirt with his picture on it that said “Take it off for the Hoff”. My dad said–in between laughs–that he had no idea why I didn’t buy it. I took a picture and showed it to everyone.

  8. hannah says:

    *snap*

  9. RiderLeangle says:

Wasn’t something like this done before? Only they messed up by using “Then” instead of “Than”

  10. Madailein says:

I faved this one not because I hate David Hasselhoff (I thought he did a good job), but because I love KIT. Awesome.

    • crxmanpat says:

You must not love it that much, because it’s actually KITT (which stands for Knight Industries Two-Thousand). I remember watching the premier and getting hooked on the show. Then watched it tank a few seasons in when they started adding too many gizzmos to KITT. It was fine as it was.

The new show had promise until they killed off half the cast. Meh.

      • Madailein says:

Lol. You are entirely correct. I never got to watch it on tv, but I did rent the first season to watch. I enjoyed it very much. My favorite character was KITT. Unfortunately for me, I don’t remember all that much about a show unless I read up on it, something I never did for Knight Rider. So perhaps you’re right: I didn’t love it, but simply liked it.

  11. MiniMoppel says:

    David Hasselwho?

  12. lolMiel says:

    William Daniels love!

  13. Bodo says:

…I feel like I’m being challenged to a thumb war, for some reason…

  14. Well done for Knight rider and Baywatch !

  15. ThinklePeep says:

Coherent question fail. I really have no clue what you want to know.

  16. i forget says:

William Daniels was KITT, fyi. since he was the “real star” and had a pretty cool voice, I thought it was worth a mention.

  17. Chi says:

    It’s funny because it’s true. A+
