  1. the-pigeon-hunter says:

come on you guys, it s GENETIC. stop making fun of her. /sarkoff

  2. Megalodon says:

Oh COME ON. Not every thin person is a goddamn anorexic. *raises hand* And this is hardly the best picture to illustrate an unhealthy person. She’s purposely posed here to look gorgeous and glowing. I call FAIL.

    • the-pigeon-hunter says:

nah it’s funny. she is known to be way too thin but claiming that she eats burgers and fries all the time. for this picture you need to know the background yellow press which is what makes it funny.

      i didn t LOL but its well… i did smile a bit lamely…

      • bloop says:

My boyfriend consume ungodly amounts of food and is as thin as a stick. He can’t seem to gain weight, no matter how much he stuffs in his body. People with that kind of metabolic rate exist. I have no idea if she is one of them, but it’s always possible…

        • the-pigeon-hunter says:

yeah but dont you think that it’s a bit of a weird coincidence that most gifted actresses seem to also have the “thin-while-being-able-to-eat-huge-amounts” gene?

is the actor-gene twinned with the thin-gene now? come ooon.

          • Sberria says:

not really. the ones that arent beautiful and dont have a good metabolism dont make it in hollywood. regardless if theyre good actresses or not.

      • arimareiji says:

The yellow press… love the historical ref, but these days you need to be more specific. Histrionic FUD headlines are just about everyone’s stock-in-trade now.

The MSM views fact the same way they view the stars: Something pretty to be admired from millions of miles away.

    • Skuakalukaqulap says:

Same here, this caption sucks. She hasn’t got anorexia. The writer of this caption just had this joke in mind or something and thougt it should be funny to stick it on her.

But she makes some goddamn good movies. :D

    • Miss Fit says:

I call aye. I’m getting sick ‘n tired already of this “trend”. As I have stated multiple times already in the previous “Let’s-make-fun-of-Knightly-because-she’s-thin”LOL, and as you have stated so nicely here; not every skinny person is anorexic. Please, PLEASE think about that before you will begin to try and force-feed a thin person next time you see one.

  3. kittyprincess says:

Not funny. Even if she is anorexic, that is not grounds to make fun of her. It’s a dangerous disease that cannot be taken lightly.

    • wombot says:

Except she is held up as the ideal of beauty, and she’s a multimilllionaire famous person – it’s our duty to make fun of her.

Also – she isn’t the only celeb offender in this – but does she not realise pouting like that just looks ridiculous?

      • ClariPossum says:

Shouldn’t we be picking at those who EMPLOY the stick-thin actresses instead, then? If it’s her metabolism, it’s not really her fault.

    • Pirate says:

Weakness be funny! We make fun of One-Eyed Jack’s lack o’ depth perception all the time. His wee lass fangirls don’t be whining at US to stop.

      Get off me ship!

      • arimareiji says:

Orly? I don’t remember the last time (or ever) I saw such a picture here. The last “Teehee the paparazzi are always right she must be anorexic” picture of her was what, last week?

(Assuming you’re not being sarcastic – which I admit is a big and perhaps unfounded assumption.)

        • Pirate says:

          Not that One-Eyed Jack!

          • arimareiji says:

Wait, what one-eyed Jack are you… oh, ew.

I suppose his lack of depth perception would explain why he’s legendary for missing and plundering the wrong port?

But I’d be extremely surprised to see his picture up in these parts.

  4. KaBooM says:

Another caption by a fat chick? Or by a guy trying to get in good with a fat chick? Jealousy is nasty…

    • kittyprincess says:

I’m NOT a “fat chick.” I’m a thin young woman who has been recovering from anorexia for nearly 5 years. It almost killed me.

      • arimareiji says:

Which is why you now think it’s funny to insinuate others have the same disease? Credibility fail.

        • arimareiji says:

          *reads up a little ways*

Oi, nevermind. Sorry, I thought you were responding as the person who posted the caption, ’cause that’s who KaBooM seemed to be poking fun at.

          • KaBooM says:

Yes, I was poking fun at the captioner. But some overly sensitive person that wants us all to feel bad she was anorexic took it the wrong way…

  5. deadinfrance says:

actually maybe that is how some of us should think-instead of what do I want to eat today! I love her but think she needs a stylist who can work with her body type.

  6. suzianne says:

She might be freakishly thin and many photos play that up about her in a bad way. The pose, the clothes, the lighting, etc… However, this is actually a great photo. I like it.

No I’m not a fat as others seem to speculate when someone says something about this woman’s size. I do know how some photos can make us look malnourished and then we get compared to some starving kid in a 3rd world country or some unhealthy anorexic. Here’s a hint; her skin isn’t hanging nor sickly on her bones. She has rather healthy features.

  7. Cass says:

Yes, yes, she’s skinny … this is getting old D:
personally i think its just her lack of boobage that makes her look thin – in full body photos she’s just fine.

  8. Cas says:

Not every woman who is skinny is anorexic or malnourished. Just as not every woman who is fat has a thyroid problem. She can and probably does eat plenty because she works out alot. You don’t get abs like that by not eating.

    • wombot says:

Um, muscles and fat are two different things.

      • Rafi says:

No one said they were. But you do need to eat for muscles to grow properly because…

        1) If you starve yourself, your muscles deteriorate first before your body starts eating most of the fat supplies. If you look at truly anorexics, you will notice that normally they don’t have ab muscles. And if they do, then they probably have not given into their disease for very long.

        2) Your body needs to nutrients from food to have the energy to exercise properly. And you need to exercise properly to build muscle. Also, some nutrients have the job of helping to build muscle.

  9. Cas says:

And if your “standard” is that if the woman’s ribs are visible from any pose that makes her anorexic then Catherine Zeta Jones, Selma Hayak, Marilyn Monroe, Monica Bellucia (sp), Sophia Loren and others are also anorexic I guess.

  10. erkih says:

    Eat me……

  11. Pau; says:

shes the most gorgeous girl i have ever see i love her and shes not anorexic shes just naturally thin

  12. deadinfrance says:

Selma has too much boobage to be anorexic!

  13. Name Required says:

She actually doesn’t look deathly skinny in this photo.

  14. cheewowwa says:

i know it’s mean and all but this made me literally laugh out loud. Haahah

  15. Fred R. says:

    She’s hot.

  16. Fred R. says:

    First!

  17. Fred R. says:

    Skinny girls do it better

  18. Cjones says:

A woman should never be so skinny that you can see her adam’s apple. -_-

    • Cas says:

if you can ever see “her” adam’s apple then “she” is a “he”

      • Rafi says:

Actually, women also have Adam’s apples. They just aren’t as noticeable (as far forward) as a man’s.

And you being able to see her Adam’s apple would have a lot to do with how her neck is positioned actually. I’m rather fat and I can make my Adam’s apple come forward enough to see it if I put my neck in the right position.

  19. mvlallo33 says:

She looks good in that shot. There are plenty of Skelator pic’s of her out there.

  20. muepsilongamma says:

Why are people so mean to other people about their weight?

Being an overweight person, I really hate it when I see captions like this and then all the commenters are making fun of overweight people. Why would you make fun of someone because of their weight? Why? Would you like it if I made fun of you because your hair is blond or brown or whatever color it is?
I don’t know for sure, but I’d probably be just as offended if I was skinny. It would take a miracle if I ever got that far and to have it just thrown in my face would suck! Again, why would you make fun of someone because of their WEIGHT?! Does the number on the scale define who you are as a person? Answer that question!

  21. the-pigeon-hunter says:

    thanks :) well put

  22. TheSaintOfPain says:

Let’s clarify a few things, shall we, from the “author” of this little piece himself?

First, I do, and have realized for quite some time, that yes, Ms. Knightley doesn’t have any sort of eating disorder, and that she’s naturally that thin. I personally also think that she is quite beautiful, and have enjoyed many of the films she’s appeared in, with the personal opinion that she’s a pretty good actress.

And, in my own life, I know about dealing with weight issues, and having people make fun of me for them, as I’ve been overweight my entire life, through no fault of my own, but rather illness and genetics playing their roles.

So, guess what this caption is, then?

A JOKE. ONE DUMB LITTLE JOKE. ONE DAMNED JOKE.

Every single one of you whining about me “making fun” of Ms. Knightley for her weight issues, and attacking me over it, are getting uptight needlessly, uselessly, ignorantly, and stupidly over ONE CAPTION on ONE PICTURE that’s posted ON THE INTERNET. Doesn’t that sound just a bit, oh, I dunno, STUPID and a complete waste of time and energy? Just say “yes,” so we can move this along, please…

And, I GUARANTEE that every one of you that’s complaining about this one caption, you’ve laughed at countless, collectively, other similar jokes, and some probably at the expense of Ms. Knightley as well. That makes every single one of you hypocrites, and if you claim you never have, that also makes you a liar.

So, why not just lighten the hell up, own up to laughing at jokes like this, and just ENJOY THIS SITE? This exact thing I made? This is why the site was made to begin with, and if you can’t deal with that in a mature, less-time-wasting, less stupid way, just leave the site and leave the rest of us to enjoying the jokes, instead of wasting space (in at least 2 ways), time, and energy complaining and whining about every caption or picture you don’t like? It would make a lot more sense than what you’re doing now.

  23. Thinking says:

She doesn’t really look anorexic in this picture.

  24. Hausisse says:

Guess what. I’m very skinny, think this is a beautiful picture and love Keria Knightly as an actress. I also think this is funny. Because I can take a joke. :D

  25. Nilla says:

It’s well known that Kiera Knightly does eat and doesn’t suffer from eating disorders so no need to start yelling it. It’s just a little fun poking at how thin she is, just harmless.

  26. itcelebrity says:

    she looks really cute!!!

  27. kat says:

    EVERYTHING! well except veggies maybe

all you people who say ‘o, she’s naturally thin’ get a clue. she was heavier before – she gains it in her legs. she once looked healthy and still slim, i saw the pics, but since she has been emaciated – people don’t look emaciated naturally

  28. Chocoholic says:

omigod, JUST b/c she’s skinny, she’s anorexic, right?? my best friend is really skinny, and she eats TONS, it’s a hing she has where she can’t gain weight, not EVERYONE who’s skinny is skinny on purpose

  29. DaNa says:

so what? she’s pretty and that’s it.
