Nevermind the fact that this shot looks like it was taken shortly after The Goblet of Fire, since I believe that is the gown she wore to the ball for that movie in the background, and the girls dresses mimic its style.

Really? Where did you hear that?

She’s dressed in clothing that covers her important parts. She’s not starving herself to death. She’s not on drugs. She’s not doing things that should land her in jail.

Maybe she thought she could escape from the annoying publicity shots, if she dressed odd. Perhaps she spilled something on her good pants, and borrowed some from a girl that wasn’t exactly her size. It doesn’t matter.

She’s wearing clean clothes, without holes or other damage, her shoes are tied, and her clothes aren’t inappropriate for the location. That’s what I ask of my teenagers. She meets my standards.

I hear role model. If she wants to wear an ugly jacket, so be it!

As for the kids, at least they’re looking up to someone who is not a Disney princess and actually has a few brain cells to rub together on top of that!
