  1. Chass says:

I’m a Beatles fan, but Paul’s talent is terribly overrated. His songs were all so… terribly cheesy and mediocre. I avoid them when I can.

  2. MrJak says:

…I want his hoodie does anyone know where I can get one? Lol xD

    I’m serious though where?

  3. Melody says:

Am I the only one who hates Paul?
    I mean, seriously.

    • Sarah says:

No, you’re not. I find him to be really annoying. He hangs on to his Beatles claim to fame and tries to act like it means something. I wish he would just go away. As for Kanye, I’d love it if he would just die.

      • Sean says:

Can anyone remind me why peoplehate Kanye so much, other than the whole “interrupting Taylor” part?

        • Fraum says:

          The general douchery.

        • Why? says:

Because the only time we ever hear anything pertaining to this guy is when he’s using a disaster relief charity event as his political platform, or barging in on someone else’s time in the spotlight, or crying because he didn’t win some award. When the current president of the country calls you a “jackass”, that’s saying something.

I couldn’t give you the name of even one of his “songs”, but I can easily name 50 Beatles tunes off the top of my head. It’s not even a question as to who the actual icon in the picture is, and who the needs-attention-to-survive poser is.

      • rinanolol says:

well you have to admit, not all of that is his fault. So what if he performs some Beatles tunes at concerts, he wrote some of it didn’t he? : [

        • Zippy117 says:

Yeah, srsly… He wrote half the good songs (And yes, that implies that the other half goes to Lennon, about a fifth to George, and a hundredth to Ringo (He actually only wrote 2, the rest were Lennon/McCartney writing a song for him, for ex. Yellow Submarine) although that adds up to about 121%, but that’s perfectly logical, so it’s OK)
Anyway, he wrote some of their greatest hits… Hey Jude, Penny Lane, Let it Be, etc.

PS I’m a solid Lennon fan — just saying that Paul does deserve some credit.

  4. Kim says:

One is a douche and the other stopped making good music a long time ago….

  5. mr ABC says:

kanye west is a talented musician im sorry for wrong spelling so dont bother flaming me. im not a moron im a yr 11 grammar school student on track for all a*’s his music is modern contempary and very well done

    • wheeeeedoggie says:

The fact that Kanye West appeals to the grammar school set pretty much says it all.

Remember when you thought Barney was a great musical talent?

    • Mr ABCD says:

A year ’11′ grammar school student on track for all A’s? I don’t know if that means that you’re a junior in high school or not, but if your grammar is anything like what you just typed normally, failing is just a small step away. The fact that you’re trying to prove that you are not an idiot and yet disprove your own ‘facts’ means that you have no idea what you’re talking about: therefore, you honestly can’t say that Kanye is good.

  6. OtherBill says:

When I saw the photo, the very first thing that came to mind was “Imma let you finish, Paul, but I just wanted to say that Jon Lennon was the greatest Beatle of all time.”

  7. Hailey says:

You’ve got your tenses wrong. Was, not is.

    • Dolly says:

You can’t really stop being an icon once you’ve reached that status.

Even if your music sucks today.

      • Kevin says:

That is the most valid comment on this entire thread, Dolly. This is true of SO many artists. Most of the great divas and gods of music are no longer making anything anyone wants to hear. But that doesn’t change how awesome they are.

  8. Loegria says:

A lot of people forget: Paul’s mum died before John’s; Paul has done lots of charity work for many good causes; and he has not forgotten that he came from Liverpool , being the chief patron of the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. I think all of the Beatles are great and that RINGO deserves a knighthood, even though he’s never been in a pic w/Kanye West. That I know of.

  9. B. Hussein O. says:

    What a jackass.

  10. love child says:

saw the hoodie at International clothing store .

  11. Schmoe says:

It is testimony to McCartney’s stature that his reputation cannot be harmed by posing with ANYone. (for all you kiddies out there, regard this man as an elder statesman of rock. Without the Beatles-all of them- yur precious semi-talented contemporary “artists” would have no career.)

    • Icer says:

Without the Beach Boys, and Elvis they would have no career, the Beatles rode the Beach Boys and Elvis wave, but for the fact that they were from the UK.

      • four score & seven years says:

without the Beach Boys the Beatles would’ve had no career?

        /really/?

so on what planet did Beachboymania dominate the 60′s?

      • Schmoe says:

True, true. And go back to all the REAL and quality musicians like Benny Goodman and Howlin Wolf and Charlie Christian…everybody built on everybodyl else. And then it became an INDUSTRY and the Power People started to tell the Public what they want. Listen for yourselves, folks! Don’t be told what to like! For your own sake, investigate the music that pre-dates the mass-marketing and hype-mongering that polluted the art of music in the 70′s and 80′s. And listen to Classical music! You’ll have to put some effort into it but LISTEN to classical music. And Jazz, and blues, for cryin’ out loud, there’s a universe of sound out there.

      • D says:

So that is why Brian Wilson had a mental breakdown after hearing Sgt Pepper?

  12. lolcatt says:

Oh this is horrible! Paul is a genius! Macca 4 evr!

  13. dr. what? says:

What are you talking about?! kanye’s not a musical icon!
    (just joking, Paul rocks!)

  14. CandleJack says:

Imma let you finish posing, Kanye, but when I was 10, I had the best skeleton costume OF ALL TIME.

  15. Meh Hem says:

I hate to say this, but I’m actually feel bad that no one ever told Paul.

  16. Johnny Action Finger says:

LOL, my son has that same skeleton hoodie … he got it at Walmart for $5.00 on clearance after Halloween.

  17. detru says:

since when is Kayne West a music icon?! not funny, doh.

  18. bandmusic101 says:

Im seriously in love with Pauls work. He is a genius, but has a good head on his shoulders. Alot better then all the other artists of the time. I have no problem with Kayne, i just don’t like his music.

  19. rinanolol says:

Paul’s smile is so contagious X)

  20. Kai says:

You know what would make Kanye look a lot better here? If he zipped that godawful hoodie of his all the way up so we couldn’t see his face 8D

  21. XDXDDXDXDXD says:

Yo Mcartey im really happy for you and imma let you finish, but im one of the best music icons of all time
Mcartney: get your auto-tuned ass off my stage (smacks him down. everybody cheers) (paul makes dramatic exit in yellow submarine)

  22. Da Banjo says:

My little bro was looking at this and said:

    “So… Paul McCartney is black?”

  23. Lola says:

What’s with all the Paul haters around here? I love him! Actually, I love all the boys about equally. They each had their own unique talent and they were all amazing men.

  24. Macca's_Tattoo_Girl says:

If you think Paul has lost his touch…I urge you to listen to Electric Arguments under the pseudonym The Fireman….f-ing great stuff on there. Paul is a flippn genius and the most energetic performer today – I saw him 5 times this year, he plays for almost 3 hours, with no breaks and I’ve seen him have a drink of water ONCE. He wears me out halfway through the show, and I’m 20 – he is 67. Younger generations should step back and take a look at how it’s really done. Paul is NOT mediocre – listen to his bass playing, listen to Eleanor Rigby, listen to Calico Skies…sooo much more. As for Kanye…to quote Toy Story – “What a sad, strange little man.”

  25. Burritochild says:

All I can think when I see this is “Jesus, Paul, talk about skeletons in your closet!”

PS. Paul hate? Why? Seriously, I like all the boys. The Beatles stuff and their solo stuff. (I’m still trying to get my mits on Y Not.)

  26. Rita says:

I bought my 6 year old the same jacket, except in black and red, on Walmart clearance for $3.

  27. kuntya is gay says:

just kill kuntya with fire and let it die

  28. Random girl says:

Omg. I’m wearing the skeleton thing in black and white x)
