Wrong bicycle scene. The one they’re referring to in the article is the one in A Scanner Darkly. It’s not this one.

Lol bike does not have a break XD
Some bikes bave breaks by turning the paddles (??) backwards.
Some bikes brake when you pedal backwards (turn the pedals backwards) and I don’t think any bike breaks when you touch the pedals.
But it’s when you pedal on a pedalo the paddles turn…
Believe it’s a jon cusack movie, iirc downey is it for about 8 seconds before killing someone than being shot.
