Drizzle is American (not sure about other English) for light rain; it’s also American slang for hydroponically grown marijuana. So it’s a pun. Try urbandictionary.com for slang terms and acronyms.
PS I don’t know his music well (because I don’t care for it), so there may be a triple pun on something from that.
Drizzle is the UK for rain too and probably originated there. if you have ever experienced Scottish weather, you will know why!
Also “fo’ shizzle” is some kind of rapper rubbish too. Mind you, since all rap is rubbish who can tell the difference…
