Now, hers are pushed up for optimum effect, but natural boobs start where they want to. Mine start above my armpits too, and it makes clothes-fitting difficult. And free-hanging boobs certainly don’t look like a b! More like > with a curve at the bottom.
Actually what I love about this pic is the way her hair is attempting to counterbalance the bosom.

Not necessarily. General consensus says that she’s a 38DD which is the same size that I wear and mine are nowhere near my belly button nor do I need parachutes and cast iron hooks. I also don’t have back problems, you need to be a fair bit bigger to have back issues providing you don’t have other back problems that might be aggravated by the weight of the breasts.
It does depend on the person. Both my aunt and my friend’s mom had to get breast reductions because their huge boobs were causing them back problems. I don’t know the exact size obviously, but they definitely weren’t bigger than this woman’s.

I’ve got a friend who is a (fake) 38 FF and she’s smaller than Ms. Hendricks, so I am having a hard time believing there’s a consensus that Yosaffbrig is a 38DD.

I can tell from some of the pixels, and from having seen plenty of shops in my time.
Also, from having many pictures of her on my hard drive, and in all of them, her boobs don’t look as stupidly big as they do in this one.
