It’s not his fault he’s a bit insane. He actually has brain damage from a motorcycle accident.
He was crazy long before the accident. Craziness is one of the reasons he refused to wear a motorcycle helmut.
Those are actually really old and bad crowns. I’am in the dental laboratory business and I can spot a bad crown or veneer job in a snap*! He probably had his teeth done way back when he first started in Hollywood, before the porcelains got really good.
