  1. Jmcjoe says:

Notice neither one of them is white? Is this some sort of secret message?

  2. FPSaddict says:

As long as she doesn’t make little pixelated pictures of them and put them in a pokeball shaped pedometer, I’m fine with this.

  3. datbizz says:

Someone should tell her that we have orphans here in America

    • Whatever says:

That’s got nothing to do with anything.

      • Whatever says:

Wait. I correct myself. It’s got nothing to do with Angelina Jolie’s relationship with her beautiful adopted children.

I wouldn’t want to sound as if I think whether or not children are important depends on what country they come from.

You know, the way you did.

    • Gretgor says:

You know, in the US it’s way easier, for instance, there are things called orphanages, and secondly, in Africa it’d be way harder for any child to actually be found, while in the US these children are always surrounded by other people.

      Think before you write, please.

  4. maya says:

Yees, let’s mock the person who’s done more about suffering people in the world that the losers who made this caption could possibly do in a 1000 lifetimes. Pathetic.

    • Zor says:

      I agree with Maya.

Persons who make fun of Brad and Angelina for helping third world children are pretty pathetic.

    • Whatever says:

      THIS. THIS. SO MUCH THIS.

I’m sick of seeing this subject ridiculed. Besides those harping on the Pitt/Jolie family, I’ve run across a lot of things lately treating adoption as if it were some kind of really expensive form of accessorizing, or at best as if it was like buying a pet. This attitude is of course coming, not from those who wish to adopt, but from those who feel the inexplicable need to judge people who wish to adopt. I don’t get it. What on earth could be wrong with wanting to open your heart and home to a child? Isn’t in the exact same decision bio parents make when they choose to have a baby? Why do some people treat it with this weird suspicion?

  5. >:[ says:

She’s done more….by bringing more 3rd world scum here, why doesn’t this douche bag try adopting some AMERICAN kids since this is where she got all her MONEY? But yes, noticing some self serving liberal puke goes out of her way to adopt non white kids to show everyone how wonderful she is…is just so “racist”.Why doesn’t she go buy them all birth control with her money, now THAT would be doing something about their “suffering” since they’re too damn stupid to figure it out for themselves.

    • Hierophantria says:

A child is still a child no matter where they were born. Racist jerk. Every child deserves a good home, parents that love him or her, an education, and a chance. You want to scream and rant… you know what? Birth control and sexual education are both easier to get here in the good ol’ US of A, so what is our excuse? Why don’t you shut up and get a bit proactive yourself, you close-minded ass? Better yet… how ’bout not. I’d hate to see your ignorance and racism continue on into future generations. Keep your stupidity out of the gene pool.

      • Narrow Urethra says:

        *applause*

As for you, Mr. >:[ , where do you have the gall to call kids “3rd world scum”? As Hierophantria said, every kid deserves a chance, but those kids in particular will have greater difficulties to actually live a decent life. Besides, it’s her money, her goodwill, and it’s none of your business. You’re probably one of those a*sholes who thought we shouldn’t have helped Haiti or any other country in their time of need.

The only scum here is you. Stop being a nationalist, and start being a godd*mn human being.

      • Dark says:

…..wow, both of em seemed pretty good arguments, but i dont know enough yet so…

    • idiot... says:

You douchebag, I dunno which country she found these kids in but from the looks of them it’s a poorer country than the USA.

Therefore, had she not chosen them and taken a USA kid instead, the poorer kid would’ve had a shittier life cos chances are their government couldn’t afford to look after them as well as the US’s could.

    • np says:

      >:[ is a complete and total a-hole! Anyone second that?

    • me says:

      You can’t be serious?

      a) Those kids become American through being adopted by American parents.
      b) Believe it or not, most Hollywood movies get international distribution, so she didn’t get ALL her money from Americans, whatever that would imply.
      c) Maybe she isn’t adopting third-world kids to “show off”, but because she genuinely believes she can (and has) to help making this world a better place, something you don’t sound likely to be doing anytime soon.
      d) If she’s racist, what does that make you? Hitler?
      e) You seem to know a awful lot about stupidity, I won’t argue against your vast expertise, but how would birth control help orphan kids if they’re already born?
      f) On the bright side, everyone dies, and so will you. That thought alone cheered me up after reading all the hate you managed to squeeze in a single paragraph.

    • maya says:

Spoken like a true First World arrogant, ignorant, racist, selfish scum.

    • Hannah says:

you’re angry that she is helping children? wow. that is honestly the most retarded thing i have ever heard.

    • Whatever says:

OH MY GOD. Did you really just SELF-RIGHTEOUSLY call babies “scum”? WTF is wrong with you? Are you aware that to adopt one of these “white American babies” you seem so worried about there is a waiting list, and that it takes years? White American babies have relatively little trouble finding homes. Are you aware that there are non-white people in America? Or do you think that American = white, and everyone else = 3rd world scum? It’s especially loathsome how you put suffering in scare quotes, I guess because since non-whites aren’t real people, their suffering isn’t real either? You utterly disgust me.

    • Jeuelle says:

How can you call innocent little children scum?! They are human beings just like you and me. Oh..and those people who adopt American kids would rather adopt newborn babies. That’s right…they would rather use women who have unplanned pregnancies as baby birthing families than give orphans and abused children homes.

It is NOT the fault of these children that they are orphans. You sir..mam..whatever the hell you are FAIL. As a matter of fact you aren’t human..you are a sub-human.

    • kelsea says:

holy crap, you are so stupid i just some horrible doctor would sterilize you somehow. there are scum in the us… *looks at you*

  6. Frank says:

Bringing a few kids from poor circumstances really doesn’t do that much good when there are countries of near millions still stuck with the same problems. Donating $5 could be enough to give a village clean water, or a chicken, or even a cow, therefore it doesn’t take fortunes to help third world countries. If this was some humanitarian effort she could do far more with her money. It could simply be showing the world where it’s hurting. So, before we go calling each other racist or close-minded maybe we should be looking more at the message and the issue than pointing out some celebrity desires.

    • gabbigt says:

What makes you think she and her husband aren’t also donating large sums of money to help improve life in third world countries?

      • me says:

You’re 100% right gabbigt, in 2007 alone, Pitt-Jolie are reported to have donated over $8M to various fundations (including their own).

    • maya says:

Brad alone donated 15 Million $ and personally oversees the building of new homes for Katrina’s in New Orleans.

What have you done recently to help?

    • Whatever says:

Plus, these particular children were not just poor, they were poor and had no parents. Angelina could have just given them money, but they couldn’t have used it to buy parents. Money (or the food, medicine, etc. that it can buy) is vital, true, but so is love. She can’t possibly provide that for all of them, but she can for a few. And it does good. No, even a rich celebrity can’t fix all the problems by herself, (not even if she spent all her money) but she’s doing a lot.

  7. sheesh! says:

Frank… she donates millions of dollars to charity…

  8. Lily says:

    From http://www.sponkit.com/angelina-jolie-brad-pitt-million-dollar-donations/

Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt Million Dollar Donations

Angelina Jolie and her partner Brad Pitt have proved their humanitarian credentials by donating over $8 million (£4 million) to charity.

The couple is known for their work with good causes. Angelina Jolie is a United Nations goodwill ambassador while Brad Pitt has been devoting much of his time to helping victims of Hurricane Katrina, which devastated New Orleans, Louisiana, in 2005.

The celebrity pair also set up their own charitable organization in 2006, with Angelina Jolie donating $4.1 million (£2.5 million) and Pitt giving $4.4 million (£2.2 million) to the fund.

The foundation poured out $2.4 million (£1.2 million) in 2006 alone with money going to charities including Doctors Without Borders and the Global Aids Alliance.

In addition, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt donated $137,000 (£68,500) to the Namibia Red Cross as an apology for the media circus that descended on the country when Angelina Jolie gave birth to their daughter Shiloh there in 2006.

After the Haiti earthquake, Angelina Jolie donated $1 million.

  9. d says:

Not all. Just the ones that get her the most publicity.

    • me says:

Right, celebrities are all begging to have as many paparazzies as possible spying on their private life 24/7. Heck, I wish I was famous only to make friends with them privacy invaders who’d risk their own lives and probably mine too in order to take THE picture that could make them rich… and ruin my life and destroy my family. Yup, we all crave publicity.

      • Whatever says:

Yeah, and wouldn’t you totally make a lifelong commitment to regard a new person as your own flesh and blood so that you could get a few weeks attention out of it? Makes sense to me! *so much sarcasm*

  10. Lucy says:

I’m getting really tired of these Angelina adoption jokes.

  11. np says:

Orphaned children in the US have the advantages of many different programs such as foster care, mentoring programs, scholarships, etc., many of which reach into adulthood. The futures of orphaned children in third-world countries are bleak at best. These adoptions aren’t just providing futures. They’re saving lives.

  12. roa says:

It’s true that the orphans of third world countries have it really bad, and their opportunities and even their life expectancies look grim.

Still, the US foster care system is in dire need of attention.

  13. datbizz says:

I do not believe any of us should be calling young children names. They did not choose how they came into this world. I am by no means a expert on the social service programs in this country. My point is simply this…everyone wants things to be better in this country which can not happen if we keep focusing on the rest of the world. We need to understand that not everyone is a lucky as us but does that mean we should neglect our own people?? I am not trying to philisophical or anything just posing a question.

    • me says:

I can’t tell what’s best for Americans, as I am not American, but I’d think as a species, we’d be better off helping those who need the most help. I don’t really believe in countries either, in my idealistic and unrealistic little world, we’re all humans. Boundaries were created by the people who had power to determine the geographical extent of their power. Then again, I see most forms of “patriotism” as a more acceptable form of “racism”, and don’t get me wrong, I’m not referring to people who love their country, but to people who hate everything else. It’s a little like the religious feuds, it’s not because someone believes in something different (yet so similar) that they have to be wrong, let alone “evil”. Then again, people who hold the power would rather make it some sort of competition on who’s right or not, rather than spread the universal message of love and understanding all religions have in common… Ok, I’m getting off topic here, sorry that.

  14. datbizz says:

There is nothing wrong with what she is doing personally. It seems thou that there is a trend of celebrities adopting children from different countries which seems odd to me. I know a couple of people who went through the American social service programs and they will tell you that it is not as great as people think. Not saying that it is terrible or that I am all against it, just throwing that out there

where can i send money to your mom so she can late term abort you??

  16. Pokemom says:

I totally laughed out loud. Pokemon, I gets it!

  17. Hannah says:

she is helping kids. anybody who is angry over that fact is a complete retard. get over it.

    • Whatever says:

While you’re being right and stuff, could you possibly consider not using the word “retard”? It’s a hurtful word. I wouldn’t bother bringing this up if I thought you were a hateful person. I used that word too, until someone made me see why it was wrong.

  18. Disneyfan217 says:

Episode 1: Orphan, I choose you!

    also, lol

  19. really?? says:

this is so stupid! these people who captioned this are such idiots! she has helped more kids and people than these fools could ever even see!
    ahhhhh!

  20. Zirgs says:

She looks very hot to me!!!

  21. Fuzzman says:

    WITH A LITTLE NIP-TUCK…

…they can look like her biological children.

Oh poor Angelina, she needs people to defend her from all of the obvious jokes. LOL! Please spare me all of this ethical debate. This isn’t the place – Boring!

    • Whatever says:

Oh piss off. I’m not going to sit here and say nothing while somebody calls little babies “scum” just because they aren’t white American babies. I don’t care if Angelina doesn’t need my help; it’s not about her.

  22. Jeuelle says:

ROFLMAO…anway, why do I see more of her with those kids than the children she actually gave birth to?

  23. Gretgor says:

Really, I don’t think the caption was intended in a bad way. I mean, unless you think bad things of Pokemon. I like AJ and she’s a wonderful person and all that, but I don’t see how that caption could be offensive unless you took an offense to Pokemon itself…
