According to Wiki, there was some debate about his sexual orientation, but it was never settled. There was speculation about his sexuality because of his art and his close friend was gay.
I don’t care if he was gay or not (he wasn’t, by the way) but to say he was responsible for giving the world Lady Gaga – that is an insult.

Looks like Tim Burton’s “Ed Wood” to me.
They were similar in appearance, and both were extremely strange. (Ed Wood is not just a movie character, for those that were unaware…)
Ed Wood, in my opinion is more Lady Gaga than Salvador Dali.
She’s going for ‘Andy Warhol’ though, she’s a devotee.
