   Canada Public Works (PSWGC)… let’s see this seems fair… freeze the wages in the 1980′s to fix Canada’s economic woes, pay them 23-38% below private sector (Anderson Consulting), plunder 30 billion from their pension 6 years ago (to fix the countries economic woes) and freeze the wages again during the current recession. Generalize that all public servants are slobs because the public counter staff are fed up with the constant BS spewed at them. Ummm… right.
