Well, since we’re talking artsy-fartsy and experimental:
The idea seems half-baked. I assume the title is Left-Eye since Lady GaGa has a little lazy eyelid on that side (or the other, not sure but she has it), and it reacts like so on a hectic media run. The audio, however, could’ve used some panning, either to full left or full right, whichever one will best stimulate twitches in the left eye.

Either she isn’t, or she actually is a guy. Seriously, it’s linked to an abnormality on the X or Y chromosone (can’t remember which) that doesn’t show up in women.
