Plants have feelings too, they’re alive. It’s bad to eat meat, so you cover your lack of vitamins and minerals with..synthetic vitamins. I would like just once, for people to stop saying “oh poor little animals” and think about the children, the families the HUMANS in this world that have NOTHING to eat, no clothing, running water and so on. All the PETA, and Vegans, just think of something else. Help each other first you grass eating, no bathing , hairy arm pit having nut jobs!!

Vitamins and minerals are plentifully available from plant sources.
What are YOU doing to help the humans in this world who have nothing to eat, etc.? It takes fewer resources to grow plants for food than it does to raise animals.

im no vegetarian, but it’s true that red meat is not very good for you, things like chicken and fish though is great, In asia and places like that they barely eat red meat but they eat a lot of fish and stuff, and they have a longer life expectancy.
