I don’t really know what to say that’s positive, other than it’s better than Rebecca Black. Does that count as a compliment? I mean, Kanye’s rap intro just kind of ruins the video right from the start, and Katy flying through space doing her pop thing isn’t really that great of a concept to begin with.
Overall I’d give it a C minus, but that’s me being generous. Here are a few highlights from the video in case you don’t want to watch the whole thing or Vevo craps out.

I agree. I’m not a Katy Pery fan but I actually love this song. I had high hopes for the video, but it was just confusing.

The song was much better without Kanye. This was also my least favorite song on the album. Until someone pointed out it fits Doctor Who really really well. And now I love it. Minus Kanye.

I LOVE THIS SONG… without Kanye. That much has been said before. But the “bridge” in the original, as my sis pointed out, and i agree with this, kind of reminds us of Starman (the movie, not the show). If that’s an abomination to say that, well then sorry, i guess.
Also, gotta love Ra! I have a huge crush on Ra; I like to think that Lady Gaga does too. After all, she DOES chant his name several times in “Bad Romance”.
