Welcome to another edition of Cinema del Grande Gatto. (Yeah, poor Italian grammar, but we already made the banner and everything.) I’m Grande Gatto here again to take you through this week’s theatrical releases. All two of them.

“The Hangover Part II:” Here’s an interesting fact: in order to remind you that this movie is in fact a sequel and not a remake, the word “again” is spoken at least once in every scene. For example, “I can’t believe we ran a once funny premise into the ground… again.”

“Kung Fu Panda 2:” We have just received word that some people are still able to put up with Jack Black. A spokesman from Dreamworks says the company is shocked and plans to rectify the situation with a film containing an hour and a half of the actor making fat jokes and doing that weird smirking face.
There you have it, the two movies appearing at your local theater this weekend. But which one should you see? Well… is “The King’s Speech” still playing? I heard that was okay.
