HP vs Twilight aside, Twilight just blows. Again, NOT compared to HP – let’s assume I had never read HP and I picked up Twilight. I would still think it sucked hardcore. The writing is total sh*t and everyone in their movies looks like a pasty freak (except Taylor Lautner). I really, sincerely think that this whole Edward and Bella thing is sick and twisted… plus literally not one of them can act.

What Andrew said. I work nights and when I come home my wife is asleep. I don’t check my volume when I come home and load my tabs and tabs of cheezburger sites because nothing auto plays. What I do is… Come home, load my cheezburger sites (because I am your core, addict customer) and use the bathroom after my ride home.
So imagine my surprise while mid restroom break, this ad comes on unannounced, in a volume that is unacceptable for the time of day and the sleep state of my wife and twin daughters. Of course, I’m sitting on the can, and any repercussions of me standing up in the middle of this will be more severe than whatever might happen if my wife and/or daughters wake up.
Nobody woke up, but man, if this continues, I’ll find some other way to amuse myself. I hit so many of your sites on such a regular basis… BAH! I’m so mad, I’ll just stop here.

I didn’t even see it, and when I heard it for the first time, I was looking for an ad to shut off. When I couldn’t find it I closed out the internet. It was a little like being haunted.

The books were actually good, providing you added imagination to it. The movies…. have destroyed the books. I was Team Jacob from book 1, but every fangirl switched to Team Jacob in book 2, since it was fashionable. The director/producer whoever the hell she is didn’t even read ahead of the first book. I’ve been picking up discrepancies since the first movie.
The wolf pack’s hair is long in the first movie. Wrong. They keep the hair short so that the wolf hair is short, but Sam had long hair in the first movie, even though he would have already been a wolf for a long time. This trailer shows the wolf pack attacking. It doesn’t happen that way at all. It also shows Bella with bags under her eyes at her own wedding. She’s meant to be stunning, if I remember correctly from the book. Not like she never has a good nights sleep.
Don’t get me started on the acting, especially Kirsten and Robs. Actually, let me correct that, there IS no acting. Strange how Taylor is allergic to shirts. I don’t remember that in the book.
Post if you agree. Let the books lead the example and ignore the movies that have destroyed any legitimacy they have.
