Another day, another setback for Mariah Yeater and her quest to get some of that sweet Bieber cash.

TMZ announced today that they received incriminating text messages from a friend of Yeater’s proving that not only is Justin Bieber NOT the father, but the whole thing was just a baseless attempt to extort money out of the pint-sized pop star.

In the text, Yeater asks the unnamed friend to delete old texts from her mom saying her son Tristyn is actually her ex-boyfriend’s child, even offering a kickback to keep things quiet.

Talk about a low-down stunt for publicity and a few dollar bills. Shame!

TMZ is reporting that Mariah Yeater, the woman who accused Justin Bieber of fathering her four-month-old son Tristyn, has quietly dropped her lawsuit against the Canadian pop star.

Yeater and her lawyers Lance Rogers and Matt Pare hoped that by dismissing the paternity suit they would be spared by Bieber’s attorney Howard Weitzman and his threat of a counter-lawsuit for filing a malicious claim. However, Weitzman isn’t ready to let the terrible trio off the hook so easily, and plans on going forward with the lawsuit in order to make an example of the gold-digging gang.

Good luck with all that, Miss Yeater. You’re gonna need it!

Mariah Yeater went on “The Insider” recently to prove her claims that Justin Bieber is the father of her three-month-old son, but came away looking like a bigger liar than before. This girl is gonna go down in flames when this whole thing is said and done, and she’ll have nobody to blame but herself.

Information was also leaked this week that her attorney Jeffery Leving originally attempted to settle with Bieber out of court in order to avoid any ACTUAL paternity evidence being required to validate Ms. Yeater’s claims, but was unsuccessful in squeezing any money out of the teen pop star so the case went public. SHOCKER! I guess dirtbags of a feather flock together.
